Lily Rabe
American actress Lily Rabe. Her multiple roles on FX's horror anthology series American Horror Story (2011-2021) is what makes her a household name. In her role as Portia in the Broadway's production of The Merchant of Venice she was nominated for the Tony Award for Best Actress. Film credits include What Just Happened (2008). Pawn Sacrifice (2014). Miss Stevens (2016). Golden Exits (2017). Vice (2018). Fractured (1999). The Tender Bar (2021). Rabe was a TV star in The Whispers (2015). The Undoing (2000), The Underground Railroad (2021), The First Lady (2022) as well as The First Lady (2022). Rabe's screen debut was in 2001 alongside Jill Clayburgh, her mother. In Massachusetts, she also had her first stage appearance with the Gloucester Stage Company. She was a major character in speaking well of the dead by Israel Horovitz and The Crazy Girl (Frank Pugliese) that were both one-act shows that enabled her to obtain an Equity Card. The actress returned to the Gloucester Stage Company in July 2003 for a performance in Proof by David Auburn. In the same year, she was in Mona Lisa Smile. After graduation, she relocated back to New York. Between September 29 and October 2 of 2004 she was in White Jesus by Deirdre O'Connor which was one of a number of one-act plays presented in the form of The Democracy Project from the Naked Angels Theater Company.
